What are Spring Lofts lease terms?

We offer flexible lease terms, typically ranging from 3 to 16 months. Please contact the leasing team for current availability.

You can apply directly through our website. The application process includes filling out an online form, providing identification and proof of income, a $35 application fee for each future occupant over the age of 18, and consenting to a credit and background check.

Yes, Spring Lofts does offer on-site parking in our attached parking garage. There are also several nearby public and private parking garages, as well as street parking options.

The leasing office hours are as follows:

  • Monday –  Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Rent payments can be made securely online through the resident portal. Residents can set up one-time or recurring payments for added convenience.

Spring Lofts is located at 1217 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123. Inbetween the Callowhill and Spring Garden neighborhoods, the property provides convenient access to Center City, Northern Liberties, and Fairmount.

Center City is less than 1 mile away. Residents can walk, bike, or take public transportation to get downtown in under 10 minutes.

Yes! Spring Lofts is located directly across the street from the SEPTA Broad Street Line’s Spring Garden Station. Multiple bus routes, including routes 43 and 2, also stop nearby.
